Fruits
Apples, Strawberries (serving = 6-9), Grapefruit (serving =1/2), Oranges (organic if possible)

Vegetables
Lettuce – all types, Cabbage, Spinach, Tomato, Cucumber, Radish, Celery, Asparagus, Chard, Chicory, Beet Greens, Broccoli (optional), Green Beans (optional)
Garlic, Onion, Fennel
(NO CARROTS, NO BELL PEPPERS, No produce high in sugar)

Meat
LEAN BEEF or Steak (flank steak, sirloin steak, ground sirloin & filet mignon are good) venison (optional)
Veal
Chicken Breast (no skin)
Fresh White Fish – Mahi Mahi, Grouper, Halibut, Flounder, Sole, Cod, Tilapia, Chilean Sea Bass
(NO FARMED FISH)
Shrimp, Crab, Lobster

Misc
Melba Toast/Grissini Breadsticks/Wasa Bread (2 pieces per day)
Lemons – juice of 1 lemon a day

Easy DRESSING/MARINADE: Mix equal portions of each:
Apple Cider Vinegar (BRAGG Brand is good)
Mustard – Dijon, spicy and/or horseradish
Lemon or lime juice

Spices
Stevia Sweetner – this is the only sweetener you may use
Sea Salt, Pepper
Mrs. Dash – NO SUGAR (some have sugar – look at the label)
Ground Cumin, Onion and Garlic Powders, Chili Powder, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Cayenne, any spice as long as there is no sugar added.
